The Site https://www.buffbody.fit ("Buff Body", the "Site") is operated by BUFF BODY FITNESS, S.L. ("us", "we" or "our").

By purchasing any product ("Product", "Service") on Buff Body, including but not limited to services and workout programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Your Use Of The Services

By purchasing the Service, you will gain lifetime access to the included digital Products, unless otherwise specified.

You agree to not share access to any digital Product acquired from Buff Body with anyone else.

Refunds

Digital Products, including but not limited to custom workout programs, are not refundable, once they have been delivered.

To be eligible for a refund, please request your refund before the digital Product has been delivered. A Product in considered delivered, once it has been submitted to you via email or any other method we may use to deliver our Products.

Liability

You agree to the following, when taking part in fitness activities related to the Product outside of the direct supervision of Buff Body.

Our personnel is cautious, experienced and trained in safety.  

However, you are fully aware and understand that physical activities may entail certain risks involving injury and/or property damage or loss. You freely accept and fully assume all risks or dangers associated with these activities.

Disclaimer

You hereby release us of any obligations in regards to liability, damage, injury that may occur during your use of the Product.

Changes To these Terms And Conditions

We reserve the right to update or change our Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice to you. Your continued use of the Services after we post any modifications to the Terms and Conditions on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions. 

Availability

We reverse the right to update, change or discontinue our Products at any time, without prior notice.

Severability

If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any clause of these Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable for any reason, that clause shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to reflect the intend of the parties and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force effect.
